Hot Yoga University

First time here ... took the pyropilates class with Kyle and lemme tell you what! It was amazing! It was very challenging... just what I needed to add to my weekly workout regimen. He really helped push you to the max and the vibe of the studio was very welcoming. Definitely recommend! And will for sure be going back!

The classes are great! Studio space is clean, cute and calming. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful getting me set up with a first time pass and the teachers have been amazing. Elias Hot Yasa class was a great workout and my mind felt more clear after. Highly recommend this studio!

Tonight was my first time at Hot Yoga University & the experience was a 10/10 for me! I love the atmosphere when you walk in & everyone is so friendly! Hot Hatha is one of my favorite classes to take & this one tonight was amazing! Excited to check out more classes!

So many wonderful things and little sweet nuggets about this studio! After returning a short while ago , after a couple year hiatus and being at a different studio due to location, the growth in the team of instructors here is mind-blowing. Their level of training and knowledge far surpasses many other studios I have visited. In particular, Lyle’s Yin class is just INCREDIBLE! Unlike any other Yin class I’ve taken. He has perfected the balance of passive long -held postures, mindfulness, intuitive awareness, the sound healing modalities, spiritual depth, breathing, accompanied by his beautiful and authentic energy he brings. Also I truly enjoy my fave girls: Veronica, Effie and Tania! Spot on in every class! Side note: I appreciate the kind gestures of staying quiet inside the studio and keeping devices out! Truly peaceful place to be. Bravo guys! HYU is your choice for high quality Hot Yoga in a Fun, Loving and supportive environment. ❤️❤️❤️💕

Room was nicely heated on arrival. Laura the teacher was excellent and gave great queues. Manduka rental gear 👍
